John A. Wilson Photographs 1918-19

John A. Wilson was a member of Troop C, 14th Cavalry, U. S. Army, in the Big Bend area in 1918-19. The collection includes photographs collected and taken by John A. Wilson of cavalry patrol duty and camp life in the Big Bend region and of a field meet at Fort Sam Houston. Also included are two photo post cards made by El Paso photographer Walter H. Horne showing executed Mexican bandits.
